Pidikili ("we", "us"), operated by Scriptosoft Private Limited, is committed to protecting your personal information. This summarizes how we handle your data.
What we collect
- Account details — name, surname, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender.
- Community profile — village, district, profession, blood group, NRI status, photo.
- Content you create — posts, comments, reactions, group messages, family-tree entries.
- Usage & device data — app activity, device type, push-notification token, approximate location (only when you use blood/nearby features).
How we use it
- To run core features: community feed, groups, blood-donor matching, family tree, donations.
- To connect blood donors and requesters near you.
- To send notifications relevant to your village, groups, and requests.
- To keep the community safe (moderation, reports, fraud prevention).
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your contact details publicly without your action.
- We do not verify or store medical records — the blood network only connects people.
Your rights & controls
- Edit or update your profile any time in the app.
- Control privacy settings (who can see your details).
- Delete your account — in-app (Settings → Privacy → Delete Account) or via our web deletion page. Your account is deactivated and permanently removed after 30 days; log in within 30 days to restore it.
- Request a copy of your data by emailing us.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls). No system is 100% secure, so please protect your login.
Children
Pidikili is intended for users 18 and older.
